Kenza Sandi

Engagement & Research Associate

Kenza Sandi first joined the US-Qatar Business Council's DC-based team in March 2021, as a Research & Communications intern. After completion of her internship in May 2021, she took on the full-time Engagement & Research Associate position at the US-Qatar Business Council. Ms. Sandi is responsible for conducting research on the US and Qatari markets, and providing analyses on foreign business investments and business opportunities relevant to our clients. 

Prior to her internship at the Council, Ms. Sandi was a Social Media & Communication intern at the Washington Diplomat. She was responsible for  developing and implementing the newspaper’s social media strategy, and was in charge of curating its online content on various platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter & LinkedIn.

 Ms. Sandi is currently pursuing her M.A. in Democracy & Governance at Georgetown University, and holds her BA in Government & Politics from the University of Maryland, College Park. While at the University of Maryland, College Park, she held multiple leadership roles, and was a student ambassador for the Arab-American Business & Professional Association (ABPA). Ms. Sandi has lived in Tunisia and Europe during her formative years, and fluently speaks French, Arabic and Spanish.
