Qatar and the United States have shared a deep, long-lasting history and partnership in the oil and gas sector. This partnership, among others, has resulted in Qatar becoming the top LNG exporter in the world. Today, oil and gas exporters are facing ever-increasing scrutiny on how their operations are contributing to the world's environmental challenges and are being urged to enhance their sustainability practices.
This discussion featuring His Excellency Abdullah Bin Hamad Al-Attiyah among other industry experts will focus on how LNG will function as an important bridge fuel to clean energy, what steps are being taken to enhance sustainability among the oil and gas industry, and what actions Qatar is taking to be a responsible LNG producer.
